Although Nelson has been with LDC for 18 years, he has certainly not stood still. He has taken full advantage of the opportunities the company has given him to travel and develop his career.
Originally from France, he started at LDC as an internal auditor in 2002. After four years, he moved to São Paulo in Brazil, where his career took a key turn when he joined the Grains & Oilseeds team. He later moved again to Geneva, Switzerland, joining the newly created Middle Office area in 2018, to work in market risk.
As a resourceful and adaptable person, Nelson identifies strongly with LDC’s ability to adapt to change and react to evolving situations. He enjoys the variety in his work, and the challenges he encounters every day.
