Role Overview:
The EMEA IT Integration Lead for M&A is responsible for overseeing the integration of IT systems, infrastructure, and processes during mergers, acquisitions. This role involves conducting due diligence, developing integration plans, and ensuring seamless IT operations post-transaction. The IT Integration Lead works closely with cross-functional teams, senior executives, and external partners to achieve strategic objectives and maximize value from M&A activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- IT Due Diligence:
- Conduct thorough IT due diligence on potential acquisition targets to identify risks and opportunities related to IT infrastructure, applications, and security.
- Assess the compatibility of IT systems and processes between the acquiring and target companies. Develop IT integration cost models and risk assessments.
- Integration Planning:
- Create comprehensive IT integration plans that align with the overall M&A strategy.
- Collaborate with IT and business leaders to define integration objectives, timelines, and resource requirements.
- Identify potential integration challenges and develop mitigation strategies.
- Execution and Management:
- Lead the execution of IT integration activities, ensuring timely and effective implementation.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to manage dependencies and resolve issues.
- Monitor progress, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and report on integration status to senior management.
- Stakeholder Communication:
- Communicate integration plans, progress, and outcomes to stakeholders at all levels.
- Facilitate regular meetings with integration teams, executives, and external partners.
- Ensure transparency and alignment throughout the integration process.
- Post-Integration Support:
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for integrated IT systems.
- Evaluate the success of the integration and identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure that IT operations are stable and optimized post-integration.

- 50+ project team members
- International project with members in Europe
- Multiple projects to coordinate and roadmap to align
- Hard deadline of integration

Experience |
Experience:
- Extensive experience (8+ years) in project management, with a proven track record of successfully leading implementations in complex organizational environments.
- Experience in IT integration programs is a strong plus
Hard Skills:
- Strong Experience with complex project management
- Understanding of agri-commodity business is a plus
Soft Skills:
- Impeccable communication, lead by influence
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a results-oriented mindset and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, to effectively engage with internal and external stakeholders.
- Handle many medium and long-term tasks.
- The ability to learn fast and adapt to new solutions.
- Fluency in English
