The Traceability Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the traceability processes for Coffee certifications such as 4C, RA, RSP A, and Core+. While the role involves broad responsibilities in traceability management, a particular focus will be also on ensuring alignment with the new EU Deforestation Regulation (EUDR) requirements. This position will help the country teams in managing growing data reporting demands and ensuring compliance with sustainability standards as well as EUDR.
Key areas of responsibility
- Traceability Data Management
- Collect, organize, clean, and manage supply chain data related to certifications (4C, RA, etc.).
- Update and maintain traceability records, including geolocation, certification, and purchase/sales data, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
- Portal Operations and Compliance
- Consolidate RS volumes per shipment (calculate estimated amount from each supply chain used to produce batch for shipment) after providing Net shipped weight by Execution team.
- Support Execution team to provide the volumes of each source to show in BL.
- Ensure accurate and timely reporting in 4C and RA traceability portals for all relevant coffee flows.
- The reconciliation of purchased, processed, and sold volumes to meet audit requirements.
- EUDR-Specific Focus
- Assist the Coffee Sustainability Manager in handling EUDR-related compliance data, including farm geolocation and certification records.
- Collaborate with Regional Data Analyst to verify and improve data quality for EUDR compliance.
- Support the production of risk assessments and due diligence statements for EUDR contracts.
- Client Requests and Reporting
- Handle ad-hoc traceability data requests from internal teams coming from clients and partners.
- Contribute to data visualization and reporting for management and external stakeholders.
- Collaboration and Coordination
- Work closely with Execution, Sustainability, GIS teams, and the Coffee Sustainability Manager to ensure seamless integration of traceability processes.
- Support internal teams in preparing for audits and verifying compliance data.
- General Support
- Assist with any other tasks related to sustainability and traceability, as required by the Coffee Sustainability Officer or management team.

Experience
Experience |
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Economics, International Business, Data Science, Agriculture traceability, Sustainability or related fields
- Initial experience in data management, traceability, or supply chain roles, preferably in agricultural commodities.
- Proficiency in Excel, and familiarity with Power BI or QGIS is a plus.
- Languages: Fluent in Vietnamese and English.
Competencies and Skills
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage large datasets and ensure data integrity.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
