This is a role responsible for daily HR operations for specific business platform/industrial plant. He/she will be in charge of the implementation and continuous improvement in recruitment, compensation & benefits, performance management, employee engagement, etc.
Main Responsibilities:
- Be responsible for talent acquisition, conduct recruitment and channels management: including job posting, JD management, sourcing and interviewing candidates, reference check, offer letter preparation, online job board management, and new channels development etc.
- Fully in charge of monthly C&B operation, data analysis, headcount and work hours report etc.
- Support for performance review activities: explain the procedure, guide managers and employees in the whole process, consolidate target setting and performance review feedback from business.
- Take responsibilities for training management, analyze employees’ training needs and manage training development and delivery.
- Work with HR personnel management, conduct employee onboarding, transfer, check-out process; maintain and manage basic data in HR Information System (HRIS) according to HR process; HR related documents/reports reparation and summary.
- Other ad hoc tasks assigned.
Experience

1. At least 5 years HR working experience, strong at C&B, recruiting, training module
2. Bachelor degree or above in human resources or other management related major with knowledge of human resources, administration management, business management, labor law, etc.
