- Monitor and manage the incoming and outgoing oil movements to/from the Bonded Zone area, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and procedures
- Oversee the issuance of BC Documents for incoming/outgoing domestic purchases/sales in the Bonded Zone, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Maintain and organise all documents related to Bonded Zone operations, ensuring proper filing and easy retrieval when needed
- Input and update incoming/outgoing data in the Atlas System, ensuring data integrity and accuracy
- Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth operations within the Bonded Zone
- Prepare and submit regular reports on Bonded Zone activities to management and relevant authorities
- Ensure compliance with customs regulations and other applicable laws related to Bonded Zone operations
- Coordinate with logistics teams to optimise the flow of goods in and out of the Bonded Zone
- Assist in conducting periodic inventory checks and reconciliations within the Bonded Zone
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency in Bonded Zone operations
- Participate in training sessions and stay updated on changes in regulations affecting Bonded Zone administration
- Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate invoicing and payment processing for Bonded Zone transactions
Experience
Experience |
Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
At least 2 years of experience in Bonded Zone, customs administration, or logistics operations.
Familiar with Indonesian Customs documentation (e.g., BC 2.7, 2.6.1, 4.0).
Proficient in using Atlas/CEISA system and Microsoft Excel.
Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Able to work independently and under pressure.
Knowledge of customs regulations and bonded zone laws is a must.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia, both written and spoken.
Experience with inventory management systems and practices.
Familiarity with international trade terms and practices (e.g., Incoterms).
Ability to analyse data and prepare comprehensive reports.
Strong problem-solving skills and proactive approach to identifying process improvements.
Willingness to stay updated on changes in customs regulations and industry best practices.
