  • Work closely with project teams & services line during the implementation of SAP S4Hana solution.
  • Review and approve system enhancements for existing solutions, Test new releases, patches and fixes that go to production.
  • Ensure documentation is in place for all moves to production.
  • Ensure excellent communication and collaboration between Application and Infrastructure teams.
  • Ensure LDC gets the right delivery performance and quality from third party. Take corrective actions whenever not the case.
  • Manage relationship with vendors and ensure you get the expected performance and quality from the delivery. Take corrective actions whenever not the case
  • Conduct regular meeting with business partners to review performance & SLA
  • Provide management dashboard with activities KPI.
  • Manage reporting and improvement plans (continuous improvement)
  • Own the delivery of projects (including resources needs and financials) to enhance or provide new solutions in your solutions portfolio and its associated metrics (SLA) on time and on budget
  • Work closely with IT partners of others Service lines and highlight cross-functional issues or synergies
  • Be an IT inspiring leader by leading &managing the team members under you & defining their development & coaching plans.

Degree in a Finance-related discipline preferred alternatively in IT with strong accounting background.

  • Overall 10+ years of IT experience with 3+ years working in SAP S4 Hana Implementation.
  • Experience in SAP Fiori, SAP FICO & other modules and experience on full SAP project lifecycle.
  • Commodities trading, inventory or logistics experience is preferrable
  • Good knowledge of accounting, treasury, finance, business process.
  • Direct experience in handling/supporting back-office Accounting Systems Or Treasury Related systems
  • Excellent Business analysis & Project management skills (scope and quality management, resource management, budget management, issue management, stakeholder management)
  • Excellence in execution, being able to create a sense of urgency and focus on high value items
  • Excellent teamwork, communication & collaboration skills – especially in international context with remote delivery teams
