1. Manage logistics documentation, including invoices, shipping records, delivery notes, and bills of lading.
2. Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, shipments, and deliveries.
3. Prepare reports on logistics activities and KPIs.
4. Coordinate with suppliers, transporters, and customers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods.
5. Schedule and track shipments to ensure on-time delivery.
6. Liaise with warehouse teams for stock management and order fulfillment.
7. Use Warehouse Management Systems to track inventory and logistics activities
8. Analyze data to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for optimization
9. Keep stakeholders informed about shipment status and potential issues.
10. Report any irregularities in the shipment to the relevant department.
11. Ensure activities and documents comply with local regulations and company policies.
12. Compile daily, weekly, or monthly weight reports for management review.
Experience
Experience |
- Graduated from Diploma or Bachelor Degree
- Have min 1 year experience, working in Logistic or supply chain area are preffered
- Understanding of supply chain principles, transportation management, and warehousing operations
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other relevant tools
