1. Operate the weighbridge to weigh incoming and outgoing vehicles.

2. Ensure accurate recording of vehicle weights before and after loading/unloading.

3. Monitor the tare (empty) and gross (loaded) weights to determine the net weight of materials.

4. Maintain accurate and detailed logs of all weighing transactions.

5. Generate and provide weight certificates or receipts to drivers or relevant stakeholders.

6. Update digital or manual records in accordance with company standards and ensure all weighing processes comply with regulations

7. Regularly inspect the weighbridge equipment for accuracy and functionality.

8. Report any malfunctions or irregularities in the weighing system to the relevant department.

9. Inform drivers about loading or unloading instructions and weighbridge protocols.

10. Ensure safe operation of the weighbridge and surrounding areas, including the proper positioning of vehicles.

11. Verify that vehicles comply with weight limits to prevent overloading and potential hazards.

12. Monitor unauthorized access and maintain security in the weighbridge area.

13. Compile daily, weekly, or monthly weight reports for management review.

14. Conduct routine cleaning and minor maintenance of the weighbridge equipment.

15. Arrange for regular calibration of the weighbridge to ensure accuracy.

  • Minimum diploma (mechanical engineering, logistic or supply chain)
  • Have min 1 years experience working in Weighbridge system, logistic business are preffered
  • Have knowledge about weighbridge operation
  • Proficiency in operating weighbridge systems, basic maintenance and calibration of weighbridge equipment.
  • Experience with weighbridge software, such as SAP, ERP systems, or other logistics platforms.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and other relevant tools.

Experience
  • Minimum diploma (mechanical engineering, logistic or supply chain)
