An experienced and dynamic Finance Manager to oversee the entire FFS business financial operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for financial planning, analysis, reporting, and compliance, ensuring profitability and efficiency across all FFS business lines. This role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive financial performance.
1. Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A):
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling for the FFS business.
- Analyze revenue streams, cost structures, and profitability.
- Provide actionable insights to optimize costs, margins, and operational efficiency.
2. Financial Reporting & Compliance:
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for FFS operations.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal controls.
- Liaise with auditors and regulatory bodies as needed.
3. Business Partnering & Strategy:
- Collaborate with operations, sales, and industry teams to align financial strategies with business goals.
- Drive cost optimization initiatives while maintaining product quality.
4. Cash Flow & Working Capital Management:
- Monitor cash flow, receivables, and payables to ensure liquidity.
- Implement strategies to improve collections and reduce financial risks.
5. Process Improvement & Systems:
- Enhance financial systems, reporting tools, and automation for scalability.
- Identify and implement process improvements to streamline financial operations.
Experience
Experience |
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 7+ years in finance/accounting, with 3+ years in a managerial role.
- Proven experience in manufacturing sector.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP/IFRS, financial modeling, and ERP systems (e.g., SAP)
- Experience in commodity industry will be preferred
