Overall purpose:
- In charge of producing, analyzing, reporting and improving positions, risk metrics and PnL analysis.
- A leading role in designing, implementing and automating the risk reports and processes, with emphasis on process and tool improvement.
- Works on the re-architecting of the processes for Risks, emphasizing automation and analytics.
Your main accountabilities:
- From a market point of view:
- Collaborate closely with platforms and middle office to understand position and prices movements.
- Support risk manager in building key market risk indicators.
- Is interested and understand market movements and its drivers while staying update about relevant markets and news.
- From a process improvement standpoint:
- Work closely with the risk process to improve practices.
- Envisions and creates analytics to support risk analysis and reporting, including data visualization and dashboards.
- Design and implement improvements to the functionality of the Risk systems, providing analysis tools and reporting.
- Assist with the automation of data integration and reporting tasks.

Your profile:
- University degree in Business administration/Accounting/Finance. Postgraduate degree is a plus.
- At least 5 years of work experience in Market Risk.
- Proven track record on project implementation.
- Able to lead system improvement projects from the analysis to the execution.
- Able to interact with different internal counterparties and offices.
- Knowledge of agri-commodities.
- Advance level in Excel.
- Experience in coding Excel Macros and PowerBi/Analyze in Excel. SAS is a plus.
- Fluent English.
