Become an expert of the business execution flows and processes, including the operational transactions in the central ERP.
Account Management responsibility of the full execution flow for a selection of assigned customers in Asia on behalf of LDCS.
Execute the open position for assigned customers, including sample status, shipment instructions, booking confirmations, documentary presentations, collection and PnL impact.
Ensure compliance of the contract management policy and any other company and platform policies.
Direct relationship with assigned customers to ensure good fulfillment of contracts and service performance.
Liaise with Traders, Freight Desk and LDC coffee origins for required support to the execution of the trade.
Coordinate with treasury, banks, and trade finance regarding documentary collection and presentation process. Request and submit LCs when applicable.
Claim management and identification of potential problems in the execution of the assigned customers.
Provide extensive reporting support on execution status to Traders and Customers.
Ensure Sales teams are aware of potential execution issues or execution issues and solutions that can be offered to clients
Gain an understanding of contract costings and hence the impacts of contract adjustments.
Follow-up on payment status and late payment escalation process.

- Preferably 2 to 5 years in international trade operations.
Other skills (Computer Skills, etc):
- Expertise in international commerce, import and export process and customs regulations.
- High proficiency skills in Microsoft Excel and database systems.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload to meet deadlines under pressure.
- Self-starter with ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Effective communication skills, both written and oral.
- Good interpersonal skills to coordinate work with multiple stakeholders.
- Detail oriented with high attention to detail.
- Strong analytical skills.
Languages:
- English – Fluent (speaking, reading, writing).
Academics:
- Usual certificate of evidence. Bachelor’s in economics, International Trade, Supply Chain or related fields.
