Accurately cut and remove excess material from molded drum, following specified guidelines and requirements, without causing any damage to the product.

Conduct thorough visual inspections of drum produced by the blow molding machine, ensuring there are no potential leak points, cracks, or other forms of damage on the body of the drum.

Perform random leak tests on drum using a mechanical leak tester to ensure each product is leak-free and meets quality standards.

Sort and separate rejected drum from accepted ones, placing them in designated containment areas to avoid mix-ups.

Prepare empty drum, and labels to minimize machine downtime.

Monitor stock levels of raw materials and supporting materials, ensuring they are always available to maintain continuous operation.

Ensure smooth operation of the drum input and capping as per guidance and SOPs.

  2. Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply
  3. Previous work experience in blow molding or filling machine is a plus
  4. Capable of performing manual tasks and fieldwork.
  5. Good understanding of machinery operations
