Main Responsibilities
Contract Administration
- Generate and release sale and purchase contracts, amendments, futures fixation notes in approved formats and in compliance with the Trade Tickets shared by the Trading Desk.
- Follow up update and archive countersigned contracts/amendments from Counterparties, and maintain data for the same and escalate cases of non-compliance.
- Take ownership of the contracts repository, and ensure physical contracts being made available to support teams on-demand.
Master Data Management
- Manage the list of new counterparts yet to be set up in system.
- Be the First Checker of Counterparty documents and follow up over email with brokers and counterparties for compliant documents.
- Set up the counterparty in the Master Data Management system and follow up with offshore Master Data team as and when required to get a counterparty set up in the system.
- Be a part of the Internal Monetary Fraud prevention process and ensure compliance of Policy regarding Financial Transaction process set up/ amendment.
Reporting
- Take ownership of the daily / fortnightly position reporting for:
i. Net Contracted Position.
ii. Contract Status.
iii. Master data Status.
iv. Client Master.
Experience
- Min. 1-2 years of experience in Contract Administration (Basic understanding of contracts, release and follow-up of Contracts with counterparts/brokers).
Other skills (Computer Skills, etc)
- Basic Computer Skills like – MS office, Web Browsing, Email & using of Clouds etc.
- Effective Communication skills.
