- Seek knowledge and its practical application in the Company, oriented to the evolution of your career;
- Participate in the activities of the different operational areas
- Meet the Program's schedule (rotations, evaluations, training, couching meetings) Seek feedback from the manager about their personal and professional performance;
- Participate as a member of the Management System Program in Uganda;
- Continuous improvement ideas implementation
- Participate in projects for operational areas efficiencies.
- Packaging supply chain innovations
- Participate in the SHE (Safety, Health, Environment) Toolbox meetings;
- Work in accordance with the Company's Policies and Standards, meeting the determinations of the SHE Management System, Local and Divisional Procedures
- Carrying out safety inspections in the sector itself, to avoid the occurrence of accidents.
- Comply with the provisions of the emergency plan and participate in simulations.
- Comply with good hygiene practices.
- Comply with the provisions of the Food Quality and Safety policy.
- Comply with the Food Safety Management System.
- Comply with the provisions of the Food Safety Management System documents.
- Execute the programs of order and cleaning of the area.
- Support with Food Safety activities/requirements.

The ideal candidate should:
- Possess a recent university degree, preferably in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Agricultural, Chemical, or Electrical) Having graduated within the past 24 months.
- Demonstrate strong analytical skills, a willingness to learn, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced production/process environment with flexible shift patterns.
- Have excellent communication and data analysis skills using Excel are essential.
- Be adaptable, a team player, and willing to travel within Uganda, including upcountry locations.
- have proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is required, along with strong organizational skills, thoroughness, focus, and attention to detail.
- Have a proactive approach and self-initiative are crucial, as is a curious and eager attitude towards learning.
- Prior experience working or interning in a multinational company is advantageous.
- Fluency in both written and spoken English and Luganda is required.
