SAP Finance Business Specialist

To support its growing needs or corporate reporting & analysis, Louis Dreyfus Company has started the implementation of a new BackOffice solution based on SAP S/4 under a Program named BOLD – BackOffice Louis Dreyfus.

While developing skills related to LDC’s core financial business process in our S/4 Hana solution as well as our front offices solutions, you will have the possibility to become a change agent and play a key role on our ambitious SAP Program.

Design & build – Group end-to-end processes:

• Senior business analyst will be in charge and contributing in process related to finance and controlling areas:

- General Ledger structure and flows, including Fixed Assets

- Inventory, Industry & Controlling

- Integration with Consolidation and Reporting

• Be the core model keeper, but also ensure local business needs can be met.
• Lead the gap analysis between cross application target model and local business specificities.
• Actively contribute to the design and build of different finance flows

Testing and UAT:

• Validate the functional test campaigns from an end-to-end processes standpoint and a cross application vision (business specifics test scripts and scenarios, cross functional organization and validation).
• Contribute to the data migration preparation with a cross application vision,
• Contribute to change management.

Go-live and hypercare:

• Actively Contribute to design and follow the cutover strategy and system/data final preparation
• Be key support during hypercare process in the Accounting processes ensuring smooth golive and closing process.

Required Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or Accounting.

Other requirements:

• Knowledge of SAP modules FI and CO
• Experience participating in other SAP BOLD implementations
• Fluency in English is a must
• Willingness to travelling within the Group

• Fundamental understanding of core accounting and finance processes
• Evident ability to analyze and challenge workflows, being analytical and synthetic
• Work independently and take ownership of the role as well as contributing to goals as a team member
• Exceptional organizational ability with a strong attention to detail
