Main Responsibilities:
The Service Data team is tasked with integrating the logistical activities of Ilomar (a sister company of LDC) within the LDC SBS Center, including but not limited to, the execution of an automation and CIP Program.
The activity exposes the team to the international goods movement, storage, tracking and progress, for one of the biggest global commodities producers and merchandisers.
It is an exciting role for a young candidate who likes to be challenged and is enthusiastic about learning multiple aspects of the warehousing and logistics function, ranging from customer account management to ensuring that our records are up do date and always accurate. It is fast paced, time sensitive and requires extreme diligence and presence of mind.
- Setting up Workflow data into multiple systems
- Setting up customer inputs
- Ensure that tables are maintained based on the Business requirements
- Ensure that the Reports are in line with the global reporting requirements
- Ensure adherence to business rules, coordinate data inter-table, ensure there is no discrepancy or break in the data chain
- Contribute to the effectiveness of the function through identification of areas for continuous improvement, providing input and information to achieve problem resolution.

Qualifications
- Experience of min 1 years of experience in work in logistics, back-office operations and or accounting functions
- Experience in a Shared services center environment is an advantage
- Experience with ERP/CRM/ FO or BO systems will be useful
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Good Excel skills is necessary
- Knowledge of any programming, app development experience would be a huge benefit
