Execution Officer - Juice

The Juice Platform in Rotterdam needs a new Execution Officer!

Your missions:

• Manage receipt/blend reports from the cold store and process accordingly in JDE including quality requirements 
• Engage in daily communication with internal (Sales/Execution/Logistics) and external stakeholders (Import agent/Cold store)
• Ensure precise order releases in JDE and share with service providers 
• Coordinate and process inbound/blend orders in JDE and share with the service providers
• Manage inventory to ensure it is up-to-date and under control
• Keep record of the subsequent administration and follow up related to import duties
• Respect and monitor production timelines from service provider to ensure timely delivery to customers 
• Check and process debit/credit notes from service providers 

Your profile:

• Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or International Trade. Advanced degrees or certifications in related areas are a plus
• Industry Experience: at least 5 years of experience in commodities trading execution.
• Supply Chain and Logistics skills
• Experience with international trade regulations, customs procedures, and documentation is essential
• Background in negotiating and managing contracts with suppliers, distributors, and logistics providers
