The Juice Platform in Rotterdam needs a new Execution Officer!
Your missions:
- Manage receipt/blend reports from the cold store and process accordingly in JDE including quality requirements
- Engage in daily communication with internal (Sales/Execution/Logistics) and external stakeholders (Import agent/Cold store)
- Ensure precise order releases in JDE and share with service providers
- Coordinate and process inbound/blend orders in JDE and share with the service providers
- Manage inventory to ensure it is up-to-date and under control
- Keep record of the subsequent administration and follow up related to import duties
- Respect and monitor production timelines from service provider to ensure timely delivery to customers
- Check and process debit/credit notes from service providers
Experience

Your profile:
- Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or International Trade. Advanced degrees or certifications in related areas are a plus
- Industry Experience: at least 5 years of experience in commodities trading execution.
- Supply Chain and Logistics skills
- Experience with international trade regulations, customs procedures, and documentation is essential
- Background in negotiating and managing contracts with suppliers, distributors, and logistics providers
