.. 执行LDC环境健康安全程序和政策，确保食品与人员安全，实现本部门人员伤亡和损失工时零事故的目标；
Execute LDC SHE procedures ，ensure the food and personnel safety , realize safety goal of zero accident and Lost time accident in production department.
2．执行工厂每月的安全检查，并落实和改善检查中不安全设施和不卫生的状况；
Implement Plant Monthly safety and sanitation check, improve unsafety and un-sanitation condition.
3. 制定和审核生产的所有工作流程和操作程序（SOP）;
Formulate and review all of the workflow and procedures within the production department;
4. 根据商务计划，积极有效地组织人员和原辅料进行生产，保质保量提供产品；Working out and implement production plan as the sales requires，Actively organize stuff and material to supply qualified procducts.
5. 负责部门ISO执行和管理工作；
Be responsible for ISO implement and management of production department;
6. 优化本部门的生产工艺和设备，落实设备的保养制度，负责Capex项目预算、申请、实施和验收；
Optimize the production technology and equipment, implement equipment maintenance regulations and be responsible for budget , application ,implement and acceptance inspection of project;
7. 关注报表和生产消耗，控制生产成本，做好年度生产费用和预算；
Focus on the report and production cost on a daily basis, control the cost of production and make reports of the annual production cost and budget;
8 每周举行一次主管级以上人员的生产例会和一次工单会议；
Have a weekly meeting with supervisors and above and put forward solutions to problems arising during the production and operation and maintenance work order ;
9. 负责本部门员工的考勤，制定本部门员工培训计划并实施；
Manage the attendance of the staff; Making and implementing monthly staff training plan;
10. 制定和更新员工年度绩效考核标准，每半年对车间员工进行公平公正的考核，并如实记录；
Formulate the employee performance evaluation standard, and perform an impartial evaluation of employee performances half a year and keep records truthfully;
11. 公司交办的其他工作。
