- Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain long-term relationships with vegoils customers in West Latin America, ensuring customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention. This includes identifying potential clients, negotiating contracts, and facilitating smooth delivery of products.
- Volume Development: Develop and manage ceratin tons of vegoils annually. This requires a deep understanding of market dynamics, supply and demand factors, and pricing mechanisms to ensure a steady and profitable flow of commodities.
- People leadership: Initially manage a team of one person, with the potential to expand and manage a larger team as the business grows. This includes setting clear objectives, providing guidance and support, and fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Strategic Alignment: Align with the overall company strategy to effectively grow the region in line with the company's ambitious plans. This involves staying informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory changes to make informed decisions that drive regional growth.
- Operational Efficiency: Ensure smooth operations and transactions within the region’s agriculture and commodities sectors. This includes optimizing processes, managing risks, and ensuring compliance with international trade regulations.
