  • Assist the machine operator in operating the jerrycan filling machine to meet production specifications and quality standards.
  • Prepare empty jerrycans, caps, and labels to minimize machine downtime.
  • Monitor stock levels of raw and supporting materials to ensure continuous operation.
  • Ensure smooth operation of jerrycan input, capping, and control robots according to guidance and SOPs.
  • Support routine maintenance tasks and assist in basic troubleshooting under the machine operator’s guidance.
  • Conduct regular quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet required specifications and quality standards.
  • Separate out-of-specification products and place them in the designated area to prevent mix-up with approved products.
  • Communicate with the forklift operator to ensure smooth movement of products to the warehouse.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment in compliance with safety and sanitation guidelines.
  • Collaborate with the machine operator and other team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
  • Report any issues related to quality, materials, or machine operation to the supervisor or operator.
  • Minimum of Senior High School graduate.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Previous work experience in a packaging plant is a plus.
  • Willingness to learn and follow instructions.
  • Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively.
  • Attention to detail for quality control tasks.
  • Good understanding of machinery operations.
  • Physically fit and capable of performing manual tasks and fieldwork.
