Your main missions:
- Dealing with forwarging, transport companies and service suppliers when needed
- Update movement of goods in C1 (front system)
- Update stocks in C1 (front system)
- Prepare instructions to port forwarders for goods customs clearance divided up by kinds of goods, exporters, export contract
- Prepare report with quantity og goods loaded on a vessel to Geneva LDC office, LDC Ukraine accounting and execution department
- Calculation of goods storage costs in the port silos and check invoices for goods storage costs
- Reconciliation with inner and port silos and check invoices for goods storage costs
- Be full back up for Domestic Execution Specialist when needed

Your profile:
- At least 3 years of experience in logistics/transportation of goods
- Excel proficiency and ability to adapt to new IT systems
- Accounting degree or equivalent would be useful although not essential, other (International Business, Finance, Supply Chain, Logistics or Business Admin)
- English fluent
