The Execution Manager oversees the juice trade's logistics and operational aspects in Europe, ensuring the seamless execution of contracts, coordinating shipping and transportation, managing compliance with international trade regulations, and liaising with suppliers and customers to guarantee timely delivery and quality standards.
Main Responsibilities
1. Contract Execution
- Ensure the flawless execution of international contracts to meet company targets and customer satisfaction.
- Deliver all contractual obligations accurately and timely to avoid penalties and maintain client trust.
2. Logistics Coordination
- Efficiently manage the logistics and transportation of juice shipments to ensure they arrive on time and in optimal condition.
- Guarantee the timely and safe delivery of juice consignments to meet customer requirements and minimize potential losses.
3. Regulatory Compliance
- Maintain strict adherence to international trade regulations to avoid legal penalties and ensure smooth operations.
- Ensure all trade activities comply with relevant laws and regulations, thus safeguarding the company's reputation and operational legality.
4. Supplier and Customer Relations
- Foster strong and reliable relationships with suppliers and customers to support ongoing business success.
- Cultivate and maintain positive relationships to ensure a steady supply chain and high customer satisfaction.
5. Quality Assurance
- Guarantee the quality standards of juice products to uphold the company's reputation and meet customer expectations.
- Ensure all products meet established quality benchmarks before delivery to maintain customer trust and satisfaction.
6. Problem Resolution
- Address and resolve any issues that arise during the execution of international trades promptly and effectively.
- Resolve logistical, compliance, and quality issues swiftly to maintain operational continuity and customer satisfaction.
7. Performance Metrics
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure efficiency and identify areas for improvement.
- Provide accurate and timely KPI reports to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement in operational processes.

Educational Background
- Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or International Trade. Advanced degrees or certifications in related areas are a plus.
- Professional Experience
- Industry Experience: At least 10 years of experience in commodities trading execution.
- Supply Chain and Logistics Management: Proven experience managing complex supply chains, including logistics, warehousing, and transportation.
- International Trade: Experience with international trade regulations, customs procedures, and documentation is essential.
- Contract Management: Background in negotiating and managing contracts with suppliers, distributors, and logistics providers.
Technical Skills
- ERP and Supply Chain Software: Proficiency in enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems and other supply chain management software.
- Data Analysis: Strong analytical skills to interpret trade data, market trends, and performance metrics.
- Regulatory Compliance: Familiarity with food safety and quality standards, as well as environmental regulations affecting the juice trading industry.
