  • Expérience in managing or hands on work on categories below

Capex equipment – Project procurement – civil work, EPCM experience. Engineering and Design service – Design Institution.

  • Insourcing and outsourcing: understand the regular insourcing/outsourcing decision making process and involve joint planning with stakeholders for milestone delivery.
  • Category Strategy Development transfer business goal to category sourcing strategy definition, goal setting and risk/award assessment, Supplier Market Risk Assessment, and align with business stakeholders for strategy and traceable implementation plan.
  • Supplier Management and partnership: according to category strategy, develop the supplier base optimization and classification, differentiate supplier development plan.
  • Strategic cost management: work with cross-functional teams to establish total cost targets and measures. Follow-up (measurement and review) of those cost improvement actions, develop cost saving roadmap.
  • Country and Regional centralization and standardization: lead the team work with multifunctional stakeholders to develop centralization and standardization opportunity, and get them implemented against target.
  • Procurement excellence: work with multifunctional stakeholders to develop the procurement excellence program to improve sourcing efficiency – price & process.
  • Business Partnering: act as business partner to regional business stakeholders, transferring business needs to procurement solution for local business, influence business stakeholders for decision making based on sourcing strategy.
  • Change management: lead the management of complex procurement project cross BUs and multifunctional teams, including stakeholder management, critical paths, delivering these through strategic buying process.
  • Team Management: lead the team, coach and develop the team capability, KPI measurement and track the performance and corrective actions.

Experience

  • At least 10 years’ experience in procurement function in MNC
  • Solid &excellent supplier management skills
  • Media sourcing experience preferred.
  • Proven experience in building and implementing a strategic sourcing framework
  • Strong project management and leadership skills
  • Comfortable working in self-directed and ambiguous environments
  • World-class negotiating skills with the ability to challenge the status quo
  • Strong quantitative and qualitative analysis skills
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills
  • Multicultural and Asia or global project experience.

Languages:

  • Proficient in English

Academics

  • University Degree.
  • CPSM (Certified Professional in Supply Management) optional
