  • Manage the dispatch of RG-Olein from the warehouse to containers, coordinating with the warehouse team, forklift operators, and third-party logistics providers.
    Loading and Unloading Supervision: Ensure that all loading and unloading activities are conducted efficiently and in accordance with SPK, PO, and Delivery Order requirements.
  • Accurately record outgoing data, including quantities, quality, materials used, and the time of activities.
  • Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of loading station equipment to minimize downtime and ensure optimal performance.
  • Conduct regular quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet packaging standards.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety and sanitation guidelines.
  • Collaborate with other team members and departments to achieve warehouse goals and deadlines.
  • Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols at all times.
  • Minimum D3 graduate or high school graduate with at least 2 years of relevant experience.

  • Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems.

  • Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.

  • Experience in operating warehouse finished goods.

  • Ability to perform FIFO (First In, First Out) and FEFO (First Expired, First Out) inventory management.

  • Proficiency in operating inventory processes and related racking/pallet systems.

  • Understanding of receiving, stock, and outgoing processes.

  • Ability to troubleshoot slow/dead stock issues.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

  • Effective verbal and written communication skills to interact with team members and supervisors.

  • Ability to work collaboratively with others to achieve warehouse goals.

  • Strong problem-solving skills to identify issues and implement solutions quickly.

Job Description
