About the Role
We are seeking a Grower Accounts Officer to provide support to our trading and storage businesses by providing services across the full life cycle of grower engagement balancing efficiency and grower satisfaction. You will also be part of the team who are expanding our digital communication services and providing contract management services as well as ensure grower suppliers are paid correctly.  The successful candidate for this role will have extensive internal and external customer contact via the telephone so excellent customer service and communication skills are essential as well as strong IT and digital communications skills and administrative capability. 


Key Responsibilities:
The responsibilities for the role include but are not limited to the following:
•    Assist with the administration activities involved in the contract lifecycle including; confirmation follow up, amendments, delinquent, washouts and system reconciliations.
•    Assist with the administration of Title Transfers when growers request assistance.
•    Take and process inbound telephone call services for growers.
•    Assist with Grower warehouse stock including; enquiries, reconciliations between inventory and CRM systems, proactive clean up and reporting opportunities to Grain Merchants.
•    Assist with Grower debtors including; overdue follow up and reconciliations.
•    Assist with the calculation and processing of payments to growers.
•    Conduct reconciliations across key IT systems
•    Participate in new systems projects
•    Conduct UAT and assist in the resolution of issues
•    Create user and training documentation such as Work Instructions and conduct formal training sessions where appropriate for internal and external consumption.
•    Maintain accurate account details including account owners and primary delivery points
•    Maintain up to date contact details including mobile numbers, email accounts, subscription preferences.

Skills, experience and competencies:
To be successful in this role ideally you will have:
•    Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
•    Excellent telephone skills and customer-service skills
•    Attention to detail focused with strong numerical skills
•    Strong administrative skills and the ability to follow through on tasks
•    Strong interpersonal skills and empathy to form close relationships with grain growers and other stakeholders
•    The ability to work independently
•    Exposure to or working knowledge of a CRM and other computer packages such as Salesforce, AgTech, email marketing systems, Microsoft office programs, 
•    Excellent planning and organisational skills

•    Excellent communications and customer service skills required
•    Strong digital communication and computer skills essential
•    Attention to detail focused with strong numerical skills
•    Knowledge of the agricultural sector and in particular the grain industry will be highly regarded
