  • Operate mixer and crusher machines to process rejected jerrycan products into raw materials.
  • Ensure proper mixing between virgin material and recycled material following standard operating procedures (SOP).
  • Prepare and ensure the readiness of raw materials, including virgin plastic and recycled material, for use in the blow molding process.
  • Pack and stack crushed and mixed materials in the designated area, ready for delivery to the blow molding machine.
  • Handle the movement of materials and recycled materials for the mixer or crusher machines.
  • Collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure that mixer and crusher machines are well-maintained and ready for operation.
  • Perform regular quality checks to ensure that crushed and mixed materials meet the required standards.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, following safety and sanitation guidelines.
  • Record production data, including material quantities, quality checks, and utility usage.
  • Work closely with other team members and departments to meet production goals and deadlines.
  • Always adhere to SOPs, safety protocols, and quality control standards.
  • Minimum of Senior High School Graduate.
  • At least 1 year of experience in operating plastic crusher and mixer machinery.
  • Strong willingness to learn and follow instructions.
  • Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively.
  • Excellent attention to detail, particularly in cutting and trimming tasks.
  • Physically fit and capable of performing manual tasks and fieldwork.
  • Good understanding of machinery operations.
