The Transition Manager will be responsible for the transformation and transferring responsibility and process/service activities from the customer to LDC during the initial stages of a contract.
Main Responsibilities:
- Support design of detailed, integrated project plan related to business process outsourcing
- Manage transition activities according to the timeline and budget including infrastructure and facility readiness, hiring, knowledge transfer, and go live readiness
- Use LDC transition methodology and structure to guide and document all activities to standards
- Anticipate risks and help establish mitigation plans
- Manage issue identification and resolution
- Develop and manages project plans and schedules for transition in coordination with the delivery centers, and across all transition work streams (People transfer, IT, Service/process transition, Workplace & infrastructure services)
- Collect and documents observations and lessons learned from completed transitions
- Help improve and implement transition methodology and identify improvement opportunities
- From Transition perspective, manage and escalate any local-impact issues that affect the post-Go Live team’s service
- Contribute to the stabilization process and conduct smooth handover of responsibilities to operations

- Experience with ERP systems
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Strong user knowledge of MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint)

- Experience in working in a service-driven environment

The number of years of experience required:
- Experience in working in Finance and accounting processes; project/program management
- Experience in a multinational environment is an advantage
Language ability:
- Fluency in English language
- Knowledge in second foreign language is an advantage
Education required:
- Relevant University degree, ideally in Finance/Project Management
- PMP, Agile, Scrum, PRINCE2 would be a plus
