- Operate utility boilers, generators, and compressors efficiently and safely.
- Ensure an adequate supply of steam pressure to meet operational requirements.
- Monitor and report the expiration of licenses and calibrations for equipment and personnel.
- Record and validate operating parameters to ensure compliance with standards.
- Prepare and periodically check fuel, consumables, spare parts, and service equipment.
- Provide proper care and cleaning for boiler equipment and essential operational parts.
- Adhere to occupational health and safety protocols in the work environment.
- Implement SHE practices to prevent environmental pollution (water, air, soil).
- Complete and maintain accurate data on operational activities.
- Properly use, care for, clean, and store equipment and work tools.
Experience

Minimum high school/vocational high school/diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
Class 1 Boiler Operator Certificate from DISNAKER (preferred)
Minimum 3 years of experience working in a Boiler & Power House
Proficiency in operating boiler machines and related equipment
Understanding of boiler technology, materials, and processes
Ability to perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot machinery issues
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Good understanding of processes to provide accurate troubleshooting in case of operational issues
Willingness to be placed in Bandar Lampung
Ability to work in a shifting schedule
