• 协助大客户经理完成销售和客户管理工作,主要包括产品销售、执行、客户开发、渠道优化维护;
• 协调内部资源,跨部门沟通,客户开发的流程梳理,合同重点条款的整理,公司内部 SOP 协调跟进;
• 加强执行,确保 100%的合同执行和 100%货款回收,无违约,无坏帐;当月合同执行率达到 100%以
上;
• 有优秀的逻辑、分析能力,负责 KA 客户的定期回顾、新开客户和业务类型的分析、条款和策略汇总分
析;
• 负责 KA 客户订单汇总和周度更新,确保头寸和未执行订单的匹配。
• 负责开发商超、电商、并建立稳定的合作关系;根据重点商超和电商的业务发展和需求,量身定做产品和服
务,提高产品竞争力;管理与维护大客户,提高客户满意度和市场占用率;
• 协助经理做好包装油的 OEM 业务,开发维护 OEM 客户,并引导其向高毛利产品过渡;
• 和客户保持密切联系,跟进需求和提货计划,并及时和公司计划/生产部门对接,提高预测准确率;
• 有较强的风险意识,在市场下跌时,协助经理及时做 mtm 评估,并对跌价比例较高、执行慢的客户追
加保证金;
• 及时反馈和更新市场信息,如客户、竞争对手动态和包材生产成本;及时更新竞品每日价格信息和市场
趋势,并准时提交周度/月度商务报告;
• 完成公司交办的其他工作。

Education 教育背景
• 本科以上学历;
• 市场营销、工商管理、食品、油脂、包装、仓储等相关专业。
Experience 工作经历
• 至少3年以上米面粮油、调味品类的大客户销售经验,包装油销售、大型商超采购经验优先;
• 熟悉包装油市场和客户,尤其是大型商超、电商客户有较强的人际关系;
Competency 能力
• 熟悉Office办公软件,尤其是Excell, word等;
• 优先意识,以结果为导向,并且有强烈的业务敏锐性;具有良好的市场管理与沟通协调能力,执行力强,有
一定的抗压能力;
• 以客户为导向、积极主动、有激情、有梦想
• 较强的学习能力、创新能力
• 愿意进行商务出差。

Job Description

• 协助大客户经理完成销售和客户管理工作,主要包括产品销售、执行、客户开发、渠道优化维护;
