Key Responsibilities:

Emergency Medical Response:

  • Provide immediate medical attention during workplace incidents or emergencies.
  • Administer first aid, stabilize patients, and ensure proper transport to healthcare facilities when necessary.

Health Monitoring and Assessments:

  • Conduct regular health screenings and routine check-ups for employees to ensure workplace well-being.
  • Monitor and maintain medical records in compliance with company standards and regulations.

Health Education and Training:

  • Educate employees on workplace safety, health practices, and emergency preparedness.
  • Assist in the organization of health awareness programs and training sessions related to workplace wellness.

Compliance and Reporting:

  • Ensure compliance with health and safety policies as well as local regulations.
  • Submit detailed reports on medical incidents and provide analysis to SHE management for preventive actions.

Support SHE Activities:

  • Acting as part of SHE team to implement workplace health and safety programs.
  • Contribute to the development of health policies and emergency protocols.

Requirements:

  • Educational Background: D3/S1 in Nursing, Paramedicine, or related fields.
  • Certification: Paramedic certification; additional certifications in workplace safety (e.g., BLS, ACLS) are a plus.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in emergency medical services or remote-site healthcare.
  • Skills: Strong communication, decision-making under pressure, and ability to work independently in remote settings.
  • Availability: Willingness to stay on-site and provide medical coverage as required.

This role is critical to maintaining employee safety and health in a remote, high-stakes environment. The selected candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring workplace health standards are upheld and emergencies are managed effectively.
