Payroll and HRIS Management:

  • Process and manage payroll for all employees, ensuring accuracy, compliance and local regulations.
  • Work closely with 3rd party payroll vendor and each site HR on payroll operations;
  • Handle payroll-related tasks such as tax filings, benefit deductions, providing expertise to employee on IIT policy and support bonus tax planning calculation;
  • Resolve payroll discrepancies and answer payroll-related inquiries;
  • Maintain and update HR systems (Workday) with high accuracy and timeliness.
  • Implement and optimize HRIS functionalities to improve efficiency and reduce manual processes.

Compliance and Reporting:

  • Ensure compliance with all payroll and HR-related laws, data privacy regulations, and company policies.
  • Provide HC/employment cost to finance with high quality and efficiency
  • Guarantee Payroll reporting quality within timeline
  • C&B report to China Statistical Bureau etc. from external request
  • Assist with audits and provide necessary documentation.
  • Generate reports and analyze HR data to support decision-making.

Collaboration and Support:

  • Work closely with HR, finance, and other departments to ensure seamless payroll and HRIS operations.
  • Provide support to HR and payroll staff on system functionalities and processes.
  • Participate in HR and payroll projects, such as system upgrades and process improvements, e.g. SOP set up, Workday enhancement, payroll centralization etc.
  • Other ad hoc jobs assigned by Manager.

 

Education& Experience教育及经验

  • Bachelor’s degree or above
  • 5-7 Years’ experience of payroll and IIT operation with basic finance knowledge
  • Proficiency with payroll software (e.g., ADP, Workday) and HRIS platforms.
  • Experience in a multi - state or large - scale organization is a plus.
  • Project management skill is a plus

Job Description
