We are seeking a highly motivated and experience Technical Product Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible to manage the development and early stage industrialization of an AI-based trading assistant.
- Work closely with Product Owner, declining the product vision and strategy into a functional product delivering high business impact
- Supported by the Product Owner, interact with the business stakeholders to understand their requirements, with greatest care on business value and adoption, and translate it into detailed technical requirements
- Build and manage a product backlog using Agile methodology
- Manage a decentralized technical team of developers, architect, cloud engineers, data scientist and engineers, UI/UX team and ensure the timely delivery of product features according to product roadmap
- Apply project management and best practices according to corporate guidelines
- Monitor key performance metrics to ensure product value and adoption
- Report and communicate on progress and achievements
Experience
Experience |
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Product Manager or equivalent Proven experience in managing AI or ML-based products.
- Experience in the financial sector, particularly in trading, is a plus.
- Proven ability to work in cross-functional teams, in a complex, fast-paced, and international environment.
- Strong experience in Project Management
Other skills (Computer Skills, etc)
- Excellent project management skills.
- Proficient in product management software (Jira, Azure DevOps, etc.).
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft Azure services, including Azure OpenAI services
- Knowledge of AI/ML concepts and how they apply to product development.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Results-oriented and data driven mindset
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken. Additional languages are a plus.
Academics
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Master’s degree is a plus.
- Certifications in Product Management and Agile/Scrum are desirable
- Certifications in AI/ML is a plus
