The M&A Infrastructure Senior Project Manager will lead a central dedicated team that specializes in standardizing and executing the infrastructure aspects of M&A worldwide. This role is critical in accelerating LDC's M&A journey through standardized processes, vendor management, and technical excellence. The position will oversee a program involving infrastructure experts, architects, and regional teams.
Main accountabilities:
- Lead technical due diligence activities for M&A transactions, assessing infrastructure, systems, and technical debt of target companies
- Develop comprehensive infrastructure integration/separation strategies and plans aligned with deal objectives
- Create and manage detailed project plans for infrastructure consolidation, migration, and transformation
- Coordinate cross-functional technical teams to execute integration/separation activities
- Identify and mitigate technical risks associated with infrastructure transitions
- Manage infrastructure-related costs and synergy calculations for M&A transactions
- Establish governance frameworks for infrastructure integration/separation programs
- Develop standardized processes and playbooks for future M&A infrastructure activities
- Lead stakeholder communications regarding infrastructure changes and impacts
- Ensure compliance with security and regulatory requirements during transitions
Experience

Experience:
- Minimum of 10 years' experience in IT infrastructure and technical program management
- At least 5 years' experience managing large-scale M&A integration or separation programs
- Proven track record of successful infrastructure consolidation projects
- Strong understanding of enterprise architecture and infrastructure components
- Experience in cloud migration and hybrid infrastructure environments
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex, global technology transformation programs
- Knowledge of IT security, compliance, and regulatory requirements

- Strategic thinker with ability to align technical decisions with business objectives
- Excellent communication skills with ability to explain complex technical concepts to various audiences
- Strong financial acumen for budget management and synergy analysis
- Proven ability to lead matrix teams across multiple geographies
- Advanced project and program management capabilities
- Experience with change management and organizational transformation
- Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
- Fluency in English both written and verbal
- Degree in business or management of IT related field, or equivalent work- or education-related experience
