Within the Execution Business Analyst team, participates in the stabilization and evolution of the Atlas v2 Trading system. The Live country analyst is the gate keeper of the Atlas v2 core model in case of enhancements and point of contact for complex global users' questions regarding Execution processes and its related Atlas functionalities.
1.Evolution of the Atlas v2 core model for Execution
- Review user requirements for system enhancement (incl priorities & acceptance criteria) created by BA's and propose improvements in collaboration with the global BPO team
- Specify and collaborate with IT to develop BI reports for Execution
2.Incident management
- Ensure timely & effective response on incidents to business
- Reduce negative impact on business operations and prevent recurrence of similar incidents
- Follow-up on incident resolution and support business until then
- Review & Document any new developments or process requirements post go live
3.Continuous improvement of live countries’ support processes
- Drive improvement potential identification
- Follow-up on system / process enhancements
- Communicate on new features & processes and support end user training
- Strengthen local key user network
Experience
Experience |
- Technical skills/knowledge: Excel, PowerPoint, Word, any Commodity Front office system would be an advantage
- Fluency in English
- Analytical skills
- Strong ability to gather & analyze information, define problems and form an action plan
- Exceptional organizational ability with a very strong attention to detail
- Must be able to work independently and take ownership of this role
- Experience establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with other business organizations; successful experience in working with diverse groups of people in a problem-solving environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated expertise in the areas of planning
- Atlas and agri-business sector knowledge is a strong plus
