In this role, you are the expert and referent of Risk analysis and Cybersecurity project management. You will be responsible for identifying, analyzing, and influencing the management of cyber risk at global level.

Strategic support

  • Develop a security program and security projects that address identified risks and business security requirements.
  • Manage the process of gathering, analyzing and assessing the current and future threat landscape for LDC
  • Contribute to financials management, orchestrating orders, controlling related consumption and managing Cybersecurity budget projections based on short- and long-term goals and objectives

Project management & Planning

  • Own the delivery of projects
  • Manage transversal cyber security projects
  • Elaborate detailed project plans and coordinate their execution
  • Follow-up risks & roadblocks, Propose recommended mitigation & resolution plans
  • Manage relationship with vendors and ensure you get the expected performance from them 
  • Serve as an active and consistent participant in the information security governance process

Security liaison & Risk

  • Organize security communication, awareness, and training for audiences.
  • Communicates and prioritize risk assessment findings to “customers,” or business partners
  • Identifies opportunities to improve risk posture, developing solutions for remediating or mitigating risks and assessing the residual risk
  • Maintains strong working relationships with IT, business involved in managing risks
  • Define metrics and reporting strategies that communicate progress of the cybersecurity program and risk exposure.

Experience 

  • At least 8 years working experience in corporate IT teams / environments 
  • A minimum of 5 years in risk analyst or project manager role
  • Proven track record in managing multiple large-scale system implementation projects 
  • Experience and desire to work in a global environment 

Skills 

IT skills

  • Strong comprehension of Cybersecurity & risk field
  • Proven knowledge of project management methodologies (Prince2, PMI, Agile…)
  • Familiarity with common risk management framework (NIST 800-30, ISO, EBios, Mehari…)
  • Understanding of data protection / privacy regulation and strategies
  • Enterprise security document and policy creation.
  • Design and deliver employee security awareness training.

Business skills

  • In-depth understanding of strategic business risk
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills — including the ability to effectively communicate security- and risk-related concepts to technical and nontechnical audiences
  • Ability to work with virtual teams (good phone and video conference call skills) 
  • Have a flexible management style (facilitating but directive when required) 

Languages 

  • English (Fluent)
  • French, Spanish or Portuguese is a plus.  

Education 

  • Preferred qualification: Master’s degree in business or computer science
  • One or more certification on project management, security and risk management is a plus
