2025 Graduate Trainee Program (Freight Operations Track):

This is an 18-month program designed to expose you to the fundamental components of agriculture, international shipping, maritime law and finance. The program is designed to launch, support and accelerate your career by providing the opportunity to work alongside and learn from highly skilled professionals and mentors with wealth of experience in the Shipping industry. It takes a certain kind of tenacity to stand among the best of them.

Depending on individual performance, you could expect to develop professionally in Freight Operations such as Finance, Laytime, or Vessel Operations after the program and beyond.

Scope of Rotations:

Each rotation will cover different aspects of our global operations such as:

  • Finance in Shipping
  • Fundamentals of Maritime Contract Law & Laytime Negotiations
  • Vessel Operations (Voyage Planning, Execution & Optimization)

Requirements:

  • Recent graduates with Degree in Maritime/Shipping/Business studies or related field of study, and with strong academic records are welcome to apply
  • Highly motivated with the drive to make a difference and question status quo
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good analytical skills, attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong problem solving and numerical/analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and thrive in uncertain conditions, effectively managing challenges
  • Ability to maintain professional attitude and adapt in a multicultural environment
  • Prior internship/working experience in Maritime industry is a plus
