About the role

We are currently seeking an Office Administrator to join our office in Newstead. 

Responsibilities

  • Manage the international and domestic travel and accommodation requirements for employees
  • Cater for office functions, meetings, board room bookings or conferences
  • Ensure office supplies/sundries supplies are ordered and maintained
  • Monitor / arrange office maintenance with building management as required
  • Assist accounts team with filing, banking, distributing payment advices and inputting invoices into the shared services portal
  • Reconciliation of vendor accounts monthly
  • Distribute incoming mail / arrange any outgoing mail as required
  • Monitor and be responsible for reception inbox daily
  • Coordinate courier bookings - local and international
  • Provide PA support where necessary to MD
  • Other adhoc duties as required

Essential skills

  • Proven experience in reconciling invoices
  • Proven experience in managing travel bookings
  • Intermediate Excel skills
  • Customer service background
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience as an Office Administrator
