Responsibilities
- Manage the international and domestic travel and accommodation requirements for employees
- Cater for office functions, meetings, board room bookings or conferences
- Ensure office supplies/sundries supplies are ordered and maintained
- Monitor / arrange office maintenance with building management as required
- Assist accounts team with filing, banking, distributing payment advices and inputting invoices into the shared services portal
- Reconciliation of vendor accounts monthly
- Distribute incoming mail / arrange any outgoing mail as required
- Monitor and be responsible for reception inbox daily
- Coordinate courier bookings - local and international
- Provide PA support where necessary to MD
- Other adhoc duties as required
Essential skills
- Proven experience in reconciling invoices
- Proven experience in managing travel bookings
- Intermediate Excel skills
- Customer service background
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience as an Office Administrator
