I work as a Senior Solutions Specialist.
I support back-office applications helping the business to meet their goals by implementing new solutions and improving the current scope.
What makes my role special is that you're not focused only on the technical part. We interact a lot with business teams and each new solution is like a new project. You get a lot of experience with very different solutions, due to the vast scope of the company.
When I started at LDC, my main focus was on implementing a new tax solution based on SAP. This was a big challenge for me. I learned a lot about managing back-office processes as a whole, and how tax is involved with other aspects of the company.
One of the big projects we're working on right now is moving most, if not all, of our solutions from data centers to the Azure cloud.
Something very interesting I learned about LDC since I started here is that sustainability is very important in agribusiness. In the past year, LDC has created a team that manages the carbon impact of the company. I'm really proud of the company for working to keep our planet safe.
What motivates me to come to the office is not only the view of beautiful mountains, but also the great people in the office. It is really enjoyable to talk to so many people with different backgrounds and exchange experiences.
What I enjoy most at LDC is that everything is very dynamic, which makes every day interesting.
