Participating in Louis Dreyfus Company’s trainee trader program taught me a valuable lesson. The program encouraged us to have an opinion and be involved. In my current role as Cottonseed Trader, I voice my opinions every day, backed by facts and the balance sheet. Because agribusiness is constantly changing, being adaptable, understanding your area and communicating changes clearly serves you well.
