I have been working at LDC for 7 years.
Here in the Group, I would say that I have the possibility to develop both personally and professionally.
I am no longer the professional I was when I joined here, no way. I've changed a lot!
And in the market in general, Data Technology & Analytics has been an area of great growth, of great possibilities, where you can work on different things, different areas. So I see the area as very promising.
It has been taking great strides with globalization, so we are increasingly working in line with global teams.
No day is the same as any other, here at LDC - and that makes me develop all my skills, be they technical, having to look for a tool or a solution that I haven't experienced yet and then it would be a technical development, or as a professional, because of different challenges, different people and a very fast paced business.
My team motivates me, my work motivates me.
I really like what I do, helping people, being useful in my day to day, my team, the opportunity I have to grow with them and make them grow. This is my pride.
I am proud to work in a century-old company; in a company that has ethical values very close to mine.
