In Mariano’s current role, he is helping to deploy a universal business software solution across all LDC countries. This enables him to interact with people all over the world, and travel to many different countries, while feeling part of a global team with common goals.

His job also requires him to understand a huge range of processes and activities across the business, to allow him to recommend and implement the best possible system solutions.

Problem-solving across a wide variety of locations and activities gives Mariano great job satisfaction. He describes his job as a rollercoaster, but a very fun one!
