Kuldeep

A born cricket fan, Kuldeep was raised in India but considers home “anywhere I can be with my family - and have Indian food!”

Kuldeep joined LDC as a graduate trainee in the Coffee Platform in 2010, attracted by the company’s global business, its multicultural environment and its many growth opportunities - opportunities that he has certainly seized.
His career progression has been rapid: Graduate Trainee, Junior Trader, Trader, Commercial Manager and now Commercial Manager and Country Representative, managing a team of 46 people and supervising coffee operations in the country – all within ten years!

Kuldeep’s role requires excellent people skills and a good understanding of local dynamics. But he believes that LDC’s culture of communication, collaboration and consultation are key to growing the business in line with the company’s values and global strategy.
