I am an SAP Senior Service Delivery Manager.
I have been at LDC for almost four years.
With my team, we work on continuous service improvement initiatives to automate and improve services in SAP.
One of the key projects I was involved in is the deployment of SAP in Argentina - because it's a different continent, we had challenges to build the support model and a team available to support the business in their time zone and language.
I like at LDC the possibility to work with the latest technologies, to always try to innovate and optimize. And to work with colleagues from different continents and cultures. We are one global team.
I learnt at LDC that the most important thing is to have good collaboration and empowerment with the different teams.
