  • Handling production and shipment planning (PPIC).
  • Responsible for tank & shipment planning, fuel & chemicals planning, as well as overseeing minimum stock levels for spare parts and fuel.
  • Monitoring inventory to ensure timely availability of fuel and production auxiliary materials, preventing disruptions in the production process.
  • Coordinating across functions (Commercial, Execution, Logistics, Bulking, Production, Procurement, Quality, etc.).
  • Actively involved in daily production reporting, OEE reporting, and ensuring compliance with K3L and sustainability aspects.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Engineering, or equivalent.

  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience for S1 graduates, or 3 years for D3 graduates.

  • Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.

  • Good command of English, both spoken and written.

  • Strong communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.
