- Analyze and optimize supply chain operations within the palm oil platform, ensuring efficient logistics, inventory management, and cost control.
- Monitor and manage end-to-end supply chain activities, including procurement, shipping schedules, and supplier coordination.
- Conduct data analysis to track supply chain performance, identify inefficiencies, and propose process.
- Collaborate with traders, logistics teams, and suppliers to enhance supply chain visibility and responsiveness.
- Develop reports and dashboards to provide insights on supply chain performance, cost trends, and operational bottlenecks.
- Taking part in digitalization initiatives with managers across regions.
- Handle and coordinate with buyers to get effective and efficient delivery planning based on demand and stocks.
Experience
Experience |
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in supply chain management or logistic (in the palm oil industry or agricultural commodities is a plus)
- Proven track record of managing end-to-end supply chain activities, including procurement, shipping schedules, and supplier coordination.
- Proficiency in supply chain management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms).
- Strong data analysis skills, data management and database creation, with experience using tools such as Excel (QUERY, PIVOT, LOOKUPS, INDEX-MATCH), or data visualization software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Familiarity with digitalization initiatives and technologies relevant to supply chain management.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with traders, logistics teams, suppliers, and other stakeholders to enhance supply chain visibility and responsiveness.
- Experience in developing reports and dashboards to provide insights on supply chain performance, cost trends, and operational bottlenecks.
- Professional English proficiency (written and verbal).
