As a Legal Intern, you will be introduced to and become an integral part of our Legal Team. You will work closely with experienced professionals in Legal Team and interact with colleagues to gain hands-on experience and practical knowledge that would be valuable for your future career in Legal. You will be given the opportunity to collaborate with various stakeholders to develop your own sense of the working environment in the team.
In your role, you will support the team on Legal documentation and research in various aspects of Legal procedures.
Internship duration:
- Between July to Dec 2025
Main Responsibilities:
- Review and draft contracts including non-disclosure agreements (NDAs), agency agreements, sale and purchase agreements
- Support the corporate secretarial function including assisting to draft meetings’ minutes of the shareholders and directors
- Conduct basic legal research in areas such as mergers & acquisitions (M&As), banking & finance, competition, general corporate & commercial law
Requirements:
- Degree/Masters in Law
- Proficiency in MS Office Suites
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
