  • Ensure and organize the smooth execution of subordinates’ activities during designated shifts in the glycerin refinery plant, blow molding plant, and packaging plant. Adjust staffing levels and resources as needed.
  • Follow up on all issues related to personnel and administration concerning subordinates. Handle employee relations, addressing concerns and conflicts, and collaborate with HR when necessary.
  • Ensure the smooth progress of process activities (production realization) in the glycerin refinery plant, blow molding plant, and packaging plant, and ensure their outcomes align with the set targets.
  • Implement the Work Plan for achieving quality objectives.
  • Serve as a liaison between Top Management and subordinates in conveying orders/directions, and vice versa, relay subordinates’ aspirations upward.
  • Generate shift reports detailing production metrics, issues, and resolutions. Assure the accuracy, precision, authenticity, and documentation of all production records.
  • Provide guidance to all subordinates. Lead, motivate, and mentor production operators to optimize performance.
  • Conduct daily team meetings to communicate goals, expectations, and relevant information.
  • Enforce and promote a culture of safety, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies. Conduct regular safety briefings and inspections, identifying and addressing potential hazards.
  • Minimum D3 (Diploma) in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Agricultural Engineering.
  • At least 3 years of experience as a Supervisor, or 5 years of experience as a Senior Operator or Foreman, directly handling operations in a glycerin refinery, packaging plant, and/or blow molding plant.
  • Proven experience and knowledge in managing stock within tanks and packaged products.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead subordinates effectively, exhibiting strong and positive leadership qualities.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong ability to communicate in English, both spoken and written.
  • In-depth knowledge of glycerin refinery and packaging processes, quality control, and safety regulations.
  • Strong foundation in the refining glycerin and packaging process, including distillation, bleaching, filtration, drying, vacuum system operations, filling process, and blow molding process.
  • Experience in troubleshooting and possessing knowledge and expertise concerning various types of pumps and essential equipment within the refining glycerin, packaging, and blow molding plant.
  • Understanding the operation of chiller and cooling tower systems, blow molding, and packaging machines.
  • Knowledge of steam boilers, demineralized water systems, air compressors, and nitrogen systems.
  • Experience in managing both liquid and solid waste from the refined glycerin and packaging plant.
  • Strong data analysis and reporting skills.
  • Familiarity with process automation and control systems.
