Your missions:
- Offer priority support for Tier 1 customers, ensuring their queries and issues are addressed promptly. This can include a dedicated support team and faster response times.
- Participate in weekly calls with buyers and main LDC origins to update them on shipment status, claims status, etc.
- Become an expert of the business execution flows and processes, including the operational transactions in the central ERP and support IT System enhancement and implementation.
- Supervise the open position for assigned customers, including sample status, shipment instructions, booking confirmations, documentary presentations, collection and PnL impact.
- Ensure compliance of the contract management policy and any other company and platform policies.
- Escalation for claim management, including late shipments, quality issues, rejection, and re-export of rejected containers back to origin
- Problem solving, escalation and technical advice for execution hubs, trading and buyers.
- Support traders/marketers for new contract terms and new business flows.
- Controlling and supervising the whole execution processes, specially through the contract position.
- Support the full supply chain, including cross-functional activities (Credit, Trade Finance, Treasury, Controlling, Accounting)
- Support the review of account balances, AR/AP, credits/debits and open contracts.
- Gain an understanding of contract costings and hence the impacts of contract adjustments
- Develop good relationships with the logistics teams of the assigned buyers and related service providers.
- Ensure Sales teams are aware of potential execution issues and solutions that can be offered to clients.
- Review of the execution SOPs for improvement following the identification of inefficiencies.
- Customer visits & in-person performance reviews: Regularly schedule customer visits and in-person performance reviews to strengthen relationships and gain a deeper understanding of their needs and challenges.
- Create customized reports that support customer needs, including detailed analytics on supply chain performance, order status, and inventory levels. Ensure these reports are easy to understand and actionable.
- Establish a robust feedback loop where Tier 1 customers can provide input on their experiences and suggest improvements. This helps you continuously refine your services and address any pain points.

Your profile:
- Bachelor’s in economics, Business, International Trade, Supply Chain or related fields
- Preferably 5 to 10 years in international trade experience
- Experience managing imports of physical flows into EU or MEA
- Have a good understanding of the Coffee (or similar) market as it pertains to the role
- Expertise in international commerce, import and export process and customs regulations
- Finance and accounting knowledge
- High proficiency skills in Microsoft Excel and database systems
- English – Fluent (speaking, reading, writing)
- Any other European language is a plus
