Summary:

Liaison with banks and financial institutions for supply chain finance and risk mitigation related activities at most competitive pricing conditions for the Company.

Main Responsibility:

1. Address needs from platforms and find capacity at best financial conditions for the following products:

2. Vanilla Bank Products:

  • Confirmation and without recourse discounting of domestic LCs and / or Ebad

3. Structured Bank Products (for reducing working capital)

  • Off-balance sheet Receivables Discounting Facilities
  • Off-balance sheet Prepayments
  • Reverse Factoring (Supply Financing)
  • Off-balance sheet Inventory Financing

 

4. Insurance products

  • Single Buyer Insurance to cover credit / performance risk

5. Others

  • Reporting and analysis
  • Ad-hoc Projects

- Communication/ Negotiation skill and ability to work independently.

- Should have knowledge of local legal environment and bank regulations related to trade finance activities.

- Analytical Ability, identify and initiate process improvement.

- Should be a team player.

Minimum years of experience & CTC:10y working exp in finance treasury/banking with at least 4-5 years of experience in Trade Finance/Banking handling similar profile in large reputable company

Reporting Line: Head of Asia – Treasury and Trade Finance

Education: Bachelor or above

Languages skills: Fluent in oral and written English
