Responsibilities工作职责
主要负责污水部门的安全、环保和健康满足集团和政府部门要求，全面负责部门的日常管理工作。根据车间原水品质情况及时监控污水指标和调整污水操作，关注辅料消耗和成本；编制和实施设备维修保养和工艺改善计划；每年更新和制定部门预算和KPI；负责部门人员技能、安全培训和绩效考核； Ensuring that the plant complies with the national SHE regulations and LDC policy; Be responsible for routine management of WWT plant; work out and implement production plan as raw water quality and adjust operating data of WWT in time. Care for production consumption and cost; formulate the equipment maintenance plan and process improvement plan; be in charge of the budget and KPI of WWTP; provide training for the employees to improve their technical skills and enrich the safety knowledge and performance evaluation.
Key Duties and Tasks主要职责
1、遵守和执行公司的各项安全、行为规范等规章制度, 遵守公司食品安全、质量、环境政策的要求；
Comply with the company's food safety, quality, and environmental policy regulations. Abide by and implement safety regulations and code of conduct.
2、全面负责污水车间的日常管理工作。根据生产计划，保证污水正常运行，并提出生产用辅助材料需求计划。
Take full charge of the daily management of the WWT workshop. Guarantee WWT running well. Implement the plan and propose the MRO of the accessory according to the arrangement of the production.
3、关注污水车间所有指标情况, 确保达标排放。采取措施保证生产记录以及各种报表及时、真实、完整。
Care for all data of WWT and ensure that water of outlet reach discharged standard. Take measure to make sure the reliability and integrity of the production records.
4、协助提供与污水相关工程管理资料,负责工厂污水处理的操作工艺不断优化,实现自动化控制。
Assisting for submit relevant information of WWT project. Responsible for optimize process of WWT and realize automatic control of WWTP.
5、负责污水处理设备进行必要的预防性维修保养和必要的维修维护，确保设备的正常运作。
Responsible for executing the daily maintain and PM order of the equipment. Building up the equipment archives and the plan of spare parts.
6、对员工技能提高和团队建设负责，制定每月的员工培训计划并实施。
Responsible for improving the staffs ’skills and team building. formulating and the executing the training plan for the staffs.
7、制定和负责污水车间员工的绩效考核标准和考核。
Helping the production manager to fabricate and assess the performance assessment of the staffs of crushing workshop.
8、与其它部门保持良好的协作关系，协作其它部门共同完成生产任务。
Keep good collaborate with other departments; work with other department to complete the production task.
9、完成上级安排的其它工作。
Finishing other tasks arranged by the leaders.
Experience

Qualifications任职资格
大专及以上学历，环境工程排水、水处理等相关专业；熟悉废水处理的国家规范及标准；
Junior college or above, Major: environmental engineer or water treatment. Know relevant GB of waste water.
有4年以上相关污水处理工作经验者优先
Over 4 years’ experience in WWTP
熟悉废水的处理工艺，有实际项目的调试经验者优先；
Need know process of WWT well. Priority to hold commission experience of WWT project.
